The Council of Non-Governmental Organisations has also reported that on the morning of 3 November, unidentified individuals shot up a car in which lieutenant-colonel of the militia Isa Yevloev, an employee of the Ingushetian Interior Ministry, was travelling, on Mutaliev Street in Nazran. He was shot and wounded, and was hospitalised in a critical condition.
